Destruction of a Russian 2S9 “Nona-S” self-propelled gun in Kursk Oblast

This 2S9 Nona-S self-propelled artillery system is designed to support Russian units in combat conditions, and its mobility allows it to quickly change positions after firing. However, this time the enemy did not manage to escape – Rugby Team 129 Separate Brigade drones struck before the system could open fire.

What does the destruction of Russian artillery in the Kursk region mean?

  1. Weakening of the enemy’s firepower – the destruction of an artillery system reduces the number of attacks on our positions.
  2. Elimination of the crew – along with the equipment, enemy artillery personnel were eliminated, making it harder for the opponent to restore combat capability.
  3. Demoralization of the occupiers – the enemy realizes that no position is safe, and Ukrainian drones operate continuously.

Rugby Team 129 Separate Brigade continues effective operations

Thanks to modern strike UAVs, Ukrainian soldiers are able to destroy Russian equipment at long range without risking personnel. Each such operation brings our victory closer by depriving the enemy of the means to wage war.

Another loss for enemy artillery. We keep working.
