Recruiter

  • Processing incoming candidate applications, conducting phone interviews
  • Advising on service conditions, military specialties of the battalion, and the conditions of the “18–24: Drones” program
  • Guiding candidates through all stages of joining the unit: from the initial call to coordination with the TCC (Territorial Recruitment Center), passing the VLK (Military Medical Commission), and interacting with commanders
  • System administration of the internal candidate database in the CRM system

Charity Foundation Coordinator

  • Coordinating the activities of the unit’s Charity Foundation
  • Communication with volunteers, business representatives, charitable organizations, and international partners
  • Organizing and supporting fundraising campaigns for the needs of the battalion
  • Accounting for charitable assistance
  • Reporting to donors

Requirements

  • Desired work experience as a recruiter, HR specialist, or in customer service/sales for 1+ years
  • Desired work experience in charity foundations, NGOs, or volunteer initiatives (fundraising, project management) will be a significant advantage
  • Proficient PC user (Google Docs/Sheets), experience working with CRM systems
  • Clear, fluent, and persuasive spoken and written Ukrainian language
  • Basic understanding of the military structure and the specifics of unmanned technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, stress tolerance, and the ability to work with large amounts of information

Conditions

  • Work directly in the city of Kryvyi Rih
  • Schedule 5/2 + short Saturday in case of additional workload
  • Mobilization until the end of martial law or service under contract
  • Possibility of transfer for active duty service members with the consent of their immediate commander
  • Possibility of service for candidates who, according to the VLK conclusion, are fit for service in support military units, TCC & SP, higher military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
  • Monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation, starting from 20,000 UAH
