Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of electronic warfare (EW) and electronic countermeasures (ECM) equipment
- Radio frequency spectrum monitoring, signal detection, and analysis
- Ensuring the protection of UAV signals, such as FPV, Mavic, and “Vampire,” from jamming or interception
- Development of new methods, approaches, and strategies for electronic warfare (EW) and electronic countermeasures (ECM)
- Adjustment of frequencies and radio signals to increase the UAV’s operating range
Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Technical, engineering, or college degree
- Knowledge of the principles of electronic warfare (EW) and radio frequency (RF) engineering, radio signals, and the frequency spectrum
- Understanding of the principles of radio communication and the physics of radio wave propagation
knowledge and understanding of LoRa, CRSF, TBS, and ELRS protocols - Programming of single-board computers and modules (STM32, Raspberry Pi)
- Skills in working with medium- and high-power cable-feeder systems
- Understanding of how drones work, use of radio signals for control and data transmission
- Technical skills in the operation and repair of radio systems, including drone systems, are a plus
- Analytical mindset
