UAV Component Manufacturing Specialist

- Printing casings, ammunition tail fins, gimbal protection elements, as well as mounting and release mechanisms for various UAVs (specifically FPV, Mavic, and Vampire).
- Rapid manufacturing of replacement parts for damaged components (arms, camera guards, antenna mounts) and custom drone modifications tailored to the unit’s current operational needs.
- Designing and producing new components for specific technical requests (such as housings for updated initiation boards, repeaters, ground stations, various electronics enclosures, or adapters for non-standard batteries).
Requirements
- Proficiency in 3D design software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Shapr3D, or Blender), with the ability to quickly make adjustments and customize existing models for unit tasks;
- Understanding of model slicing processes and G-code generation in popular slicers (Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer);
- Hands-on skills in operating, calibrating, and maintaining Bambu Lab (P1P, P1S, P2S, H2D combo series) and Creality 3D printers;
- Good knowledge of consumable materials (PLA, PA6-cf, PETG, TPU, ABS/ASA, NYLON) and the ability to select the optimal filament based on specific mechanical loads and operational environments.
Conditions

- In case of performing tasks in combat zones, an additional allowance of 3,300 UAH per day is provided
